1. Returns
At Lazo Voyages, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return the item under the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when you received it.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued through the Cash on Delivery method for future purchases. No other payment methods are available.
- The refund amount will be the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping fees.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund if the item is found to be faulty or incorrect.
